Yamaha recommends using Zinc Primer (part number YMM-30400-ZP-00) on bare steel and Filling Primer (part number YMM-30400-FP-00) to cover scratches, before applying colours. Please make sure that the surface is rust, dust and grease-free. After the right colour has been applied, Top Coat (part number YMM-30400-TC-00) should be used for a long lasting finish.
